At Dévorer, health and safety isn’t just a requirement — it’s a core principle. We maintain strict compliance across our entire vendor network, with every partner holding a minimum 5-star food hygiene rating. Each vendor adheres to a robust framework of 15–17 essential health and safety documents, ensuring the highest standards in hygiene, safety, and operational quality.
To uphold these standards consistently, we work in close partnership with the National Caterers Association (NCASS) and apply a rigorous four-step review process before any vendor is approved for event participation.

Our internal Events Team conducts the first review to ensure all submitted health and safety documentation aligns with the logistics, setup, and operational needs specific to each campus event and location.
Our in-house H&S expert verifies that every document meets regulatory standards and Dévorer’s internal policies, with a focus on compliance, quality assurance, and readiness for safe on-site execution.
We require all vendors to sign detailed safety agreements and work closely with NCASS to confirm that certifications, procedures, and risk management standards are fully in place and up to date.
Our partner’s Health & Safety department performs a final audit to confirm that all safety documentation and protocols meet their institutional standards and align with campus-specific requirements.
