Traditional catering is built on fixed menus, long procurement cycles, and limited visibility into what people actually want. When food supply does not match demand, customers leave site, spend goes elsewhere, and operators are left making decisions based on guesswork.

Dévorer was built to solve that. We combine live demand data with flexible food deployment to help institutions understand what people want to eat, source the right vendors, and continuously adapt food supply to demand.

Dévorer was founded by childhood friends who reconnected at university and saw first-hand that campus catering was disconnected from consumer demand. They realised the same problem existed across other sectors, and built an agile, asset-light model that replaces static menus with dynamic food rotation adapting what is served based on real performance.

By combining physical operations with digital insight, Dévorer makes catering more flexible, responsive, and scalable.

Dévorer combines footfall, sales, and customer sentiment into a single intelligent platform, creating a real-time view of behaviour across physical locations. By unifying these signals, we see not just what is selling, but which products, concepts, and experiences customers are most drawn to, what they engage with, and where demand is being missed.

Our AI uses this data to identify patterns, forecast demand, and improve performance across sites. Rather than relying on historical sales alone, Dévorer identifies what is working, at what price, how it converts, and what should change – enabling supply, pricing, and rotation to be shaped by real customer behaviour.

Through partnerships with 400+ premium food brands, Dévorer can rotate 40+ global cuisines across sites, with pricing tailored to each sector, audience, and location. This gives us the flexibility to introduce new concepts daily, weekly, or monthly, at different scales, without the rigidity of fixed menus.

All of our food partners are members of the National Catering Association and operate within the health, safety, and compliance frameworks required for institutional sites. By removing the overhead of staffing, delivery, and, where needed, equipment, Dévorer can operate across a wide range of environments – from low-equipment indoor spaces to outdoor sites with limited or no infrastructure.

The result is a plug-and-play model that complements existing catering or retail operations while generating actionable demand intelligence.
