Cooking Smarter Not Harder is an engaging, hands-on program designed to boost your confidence and creativity in the kitchen. Across five weeks, participants learn essential culinary skills—from knife techniques and spice mastery to efficient kitchen organisation and healthy cooking methods. With a blend of in-person lectures, practical assignments, and expert insights, the course equips you to cook nutritious, delicious meals with ease.

Led by Gregory Schaad-Jackson, a Cambridge-educated engineer turned Michelin-trained chef and certified nutritional advisor, the program blends culinary excellence with health-focused strategies. With experience spanning the Savoy Grill, Gordon Ramsay’s US team, and Swiss TV, Gregory brings world-class expertise and passion to every session.
